MORAIOLO: Overall green with golden hues, bright and with good density. Bouquet characterized by aromas reminiscent of string beans, arugula, kiwi, herbs and radish. In the mouth, it boasts structure and vegetable fragrances that deflect any oily perception, followed by persistent spicy and bitter notes that conclude an excellent tasting experience.
BLEND: Golden yellow with a flash of clear emerald green. Rich and fragrant, with aromas of wild herbs, basil, mown grass, tomato leaves and fresh almond. Pleasantly bitter and very distinct spicy notes; long finish with lingering hints of arugula and dried fruit.
FAVOLOSA: A brilliant topaz green that anticipates intense tones of green tomato and hay, wild herbs and chicory leaves. The mouth is a burst of vegetable tones, propelled by luscious polyphenols that lead to a lingering and justly bitter finish.
